Our Rapid Fat Loss is an 8 week programme which requires you to be fully committed and be prepared to work your butt off (perhaps literally!) 4 times a week. This package is for people who are getting ready for a wedding, a holiday or simply want to achieve a better body with a limited timeframe at their disposal. Regular runs and increased steps / outside activities will also be encouraged.

The short answer is yes, it definitely requires more discipline and determination to be able to stay within your calorie range for the duration of the 8 weeks. Whilst we understand that 8 weeks a lot can be done, one cannot expect to achieve great results without making a maximum effort. This programme will require you to commit to give your absolute best, and your trainer will be there to support and encourage you throughout.

Absolutely, the workouts are more frequent which will help you to train your muscles multiple times over a week. With the supporting high protein calorie deficit diet, you will be more toned and athletic by the end of your 8 week programme.

Fat burning exercises don’t exist, what makes the body burn more calories are compound multi joint movements. We will be focusing on a more full body workout approach with high intensity and frequency to make sure you are maximising your calorie burn during your workout with us.
