Craig is an experienced Personal Trainer who has worked with a mixture of general & athletic populations. Having studied Strength & Conditioning at the University of Plymouth, Craig has adapted & scaled his knowledge to be both relevant & applicable for the everyday gym trainee & not just athletes.
Craig is also a Performance Nutritionist which requires him to stay up to date with all the latest research in the Sports Science & Performance fields. This enables us to provide the best service possible whilst also ensuring we are in line with the latest research for our industry.
