Delta Fitness Co-founder and Head trainer Laszlo Baritz has been imparting his years of knowledge and experience to his many satisfied clients for over 8 years. Having spent 3 years becoming one of the most sought after trainers at East London’s premier luxury health club, he set up Delta Fitness to create the optimal training environment for his clients. He is well known for the results he produces along with his sense of fun and ever changing approach.

Kojo

One of the original Delta Fitness trainers, Kojo is a personal trainer and lifestyle coach who prides himself on achieving results in the quickest realistic time possible. With a focus on strength and conditioning as well as boxing, Kojo operates with a smart detailed approach to exercise and nutritional programming.

Josh King

After graduating with a degree in sports and exercise science from Sheffield Hallam University, Josh jumped head first into the fitness industry and hasn’t looked back. He quickly became one of the most successful trainers at the Royal Berkshire Racquets Club and has competed in multiple different fitness competitions and is currently the 2018 Miami Pro UK Fitness Model Champion and continues to compete professionally.

Kamil Kosc

Specialised in training to treat and prevent musculoskeletal injuries caused by exercise. I have advanced skills and knowledge esencial for advanced sports massage, use of electrotherapy, as well as knowledge of corrective exercises, personal training and advanced therapeutic modalities such as PNF, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization/manipulation, medical acupuncture, myofascial release, application of kinesio tape, power plates and hydrotherapy.
