Kai started his own fitness journey as a skinny teenager but he quickly mastered the art of combining top training techniques with the right diet; resulting in him making some serious life changing gains in muscle while staying lean and athletic. Kai takes inspiration from the bodybuilding greats, and now, having been invested in the bodybuilding and fitness scene since he was a teenager, is bringing what he’s learnt and applying it to clients of all ages and abilities.
