If you are as serious about getting results as we are, the minimum is 3 times a week with your trainer at Delta Fitness. 3 hours of exercise out of the 167 hours in a week is the least amount of effort we require our clients to commit to for visible results in defined time frames. Some clients can train up to 4 times a week, however, we understand that a busy lifestyle won’t allow this for many. Doing regular walks, yoga classes and other outside activities to complement your workouts will also be always encouraged.

Not at all and we are quite flexible in terms of your food selections, as long as you stick to your advised calorie deficit and macronutrients (don’t worry, this will all be explained to you in plain English by your trainer!). Full nutritional support will be given from day 1 and constantly monitored to make sure it suits your busy lifestyle.

This is a big myth within the fitness industry. Our programming is tailored to each client, and we support weight training in particular for females as it not only helps with fat loss but also gives a toned and sporty figure by the time the programme is completed.

There is a world of difference between fat loss and weight loss. Weight loss refers to a decrease in your overall body weight which includes fat, water and unfortunately even muscle (tone). Fat loss refers to weight loss from fat mostly, and it's a more specific and healthful goal than weight loss. Not only the results of fat loss are a more healthy and beneficial long term but it also gives you the look you desire visually. While cardio, ab crunches and the salads will help you lose weight, you’re also likely to lose a lot of muscle which will likely result in you being weaker, achieving a skinny fat look and being more prone to injury. That’s why we do not offer or implement programmes at Delta Fitness which are structured like this.

The short answer is, “no”. You cannot selectively reduce fat from different body parts. The science has shown repeatedly that there are no specific exercises that you can do and only reduce fat from a specific area. Being in a caloric deficit for a period of time will help you lose fat all over.
