Resistance and Weight Training – We prioritise resistance and weight training in our female fat loss programmes. Most women disregard weight training due to fear that it they will become too muscular. However, fat loss can be sped up by building lean muscle tissue, which burns calories even while resting. Our workouts are designed to be dynamic, varied, and always fun!
Diet – This is a critical component of fat loss. We create specifically-designed meal plans for women that help to speed up the fat loss process. These typically include high-protein foods, but are also flexible to your food preferences and lifestyle. Sticking to a diet created by our expert trainers with a measured and scientific approach provides proven results in just weeks.
Tracking Progress – Our trainers take full accountability and responsibility to ensure your progress is tracked. They will also provide you with constant feedback about your progress. Seeing gradual results will help you stay motivated to reach your desired goal as quickly as possible.
