How did you feel after the first week on your programme?
Tired from doing exercise again after stopping for so long but also felt proud of what I had managed to achieve like a deadlift which I never thought I would do.
How has Delta Fitness changed the way you exercise and eat?
I definitely am more aware of what is in food, the micronutrients as well as the calories. I definitely was in denial about what a snack here or there would do but Delta and Josh really helped me understood food a lot better and my options. It also has made me enjoy doing exercise again and get into a good routine.
How long did it take for you to see changes?
I found it hard to see changes at first even when the weight was coming off but the photos Josh did during the progress really showed me how much I was losing. My clothes definitely started to fit properly again too!
What would you say to someone who is looking at your results and thinking of coming to Delta Fitness?
Delta Fitness teaches you how to make sure you understand what you need long term and educates you in the right fitness methods and nutrition.I couldn’t have done this weight loss without Josh pushing me even when I’m moody and keeping me in check with what I’m eating. It is hard but if you want results Delta will give them to you and teach you how to do it as part of your normal life and not just for 12 weeks.
